Castilla-La Mancha is preparing to promote at the International Tourism Fair (Fitur) -which will take place between January 19 and 23 at the Ifema pavilion in Madrid- two of the products that have made it a national benchmark. This was stated this Thursday by the Minister of Economy, Business and Employment, Patricia Franco, during the presentation of the Castilla-La Mancha stand, and whose presentation was held at the “Arrayán Finca La Verdosa” Winery in La Torre de Esteban Hambrán (Toledo), in which he explained that the design of the regional space will evoke the shapes of a vine.
Patricia Franco has indicated that the commitment of the regional Executive is that this edition of Fitur 2022, the protagonists are wine tourism and gastronomy, economic axes and job creation. For this reason, in the tourism fair the «common thread» are these sectors that will offer a different proposal to the visitor, at the same time that it serves so that Castilla-La Mancha is a reference and is placed at the forefront in terms of wines and wines. the kitchen, in which the ingenuity and creativity of farmers and chefs predominate.
The head of Economy has taken the opportunity to anticipate that the 19th will be dedicated to the province of Ciudad Real, while the 20th will be Guadalajara’s turn, the 21st for Cuenca, the 22nd for Albacete and the 23rd will be for the province of Toledo.
