Christmas Cookies recipe with ginger

- Mix the butter with the sugar in a bowl until it is like a paste. A tip, in case we have the butter fresh out of the refrigerator, is to put it in the microwave for a few seconds to defrost.
- Then add the egg and beat until fully incorporated. Add the spices: nutmeg, ginger, cinnamon and salt. Mix well. Finally, add the flour and honey, little by little and slowly uniting until they form a dough.
- Once the dough is united, wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least half an hour. Crush with a rolling pin until it is 5 millimeters and cut with pasta cutters the way you want. The traditional one is shaped like a doll. To go placing in a suitable source for furnace.
